Let me tell you a little about us.

We were both born in Idaho -- Jerry was born in Coeur d' Alene and I (Nancy) was born in Bonners Ferry.  We have been married for 27 years as of January 29, 20088  We began our relationship when I asked Jerry to haul a horse home for me.  He ended up riding my horse for two weeks and selling me a saddle.   We started dating and ended up getting married and he got his saddle back and a horse to boot.  We have the saddle in our living room to this day.

Jerry retired from the Idaho State Police after patrolling for 28 years and has just retired after working 12 years as a Court Security Officer at the Federal Courthouse in Coeur d' Alene.  I'm working in the Bonner County Prosecuting Attorney's office here in Sandpoint as a Legal Secretary.

We have two children, both boys that are married and have given us 10 grandchildren between them.  All of the grandchildren are boys except for one lone girl.  They range in age from 26 to 8 years.   They are starting to spread out across the country and we don't get to see them all as much as we would like.

We live on a 10 acre mini-ranch outside of Sandpoint, Idaho.  Sandpoint is a thriving little metropolis of about 7,000 people and is located on the edge of beautiful Lake Pend Oreille.  (pronounced Pon-der-ray). It is also at the foot of a ski area known as Schweitzer Mountain.  We have many high mountain lakes in the mountain ranges around us and feel very fortunate that we have such a wonderful place to call home, not to mention ride our horses!

We love spending time outdoors and ride as much as we can.  We also enjoy shooting, hunting, fishing, and camping.  If you are ever in the area, please stop by and see us!
